Luke Schüette - President
Luke is passionate about solving the challenges facing the EV Charging industry through a holistic approach by the creation and delivery of thoughtful architecture connected to sustainable business practices. This solution is accomplished through innovative micro-grid technologies and solutions. Coming from an architectural background Luke's passion is in design and building solutions. Luke is also known as the internationally recognized creator, and innovator of the disrupting material technology: Engineered Bamboo for performance-based, architectural, & structural applications executing EV Charging Solutions for BMW and other premium companies.
Luke is specifically focused on leading the SoLiS Strategy down a path that ensures that it is strictly on point with the company's mission to provide the ultimate charging & lifestyle experience.
Thomas Cole - International Development
Managing Director of SoLiS Europe
Thomas Cole, former BMW - Financial Services Executive of over 12+ years is leading the operation as our managing director. Thomas has also joined SoLiS as an Executive Board Member of SoLiS International.
Over the past six years Thomas has put that perseverance to work in various roles founding, developing and optimizing digital-first mobility service entities. He is well-versed in negotiations, planning and development, customer care, operations, logistics coordination and scheduling.
Thomas is a true entrepreneur with a strong corporate stature that presents the framework of a world leading brand mentality along with a strong innovative nature.
Sarah Davis - International Development
Formerly of Tesla's Super Charger Development Team.
Sarah envisions a connected future in which everything from the built environment to consumer products & services are designed, developed, and implemented with a net positive environmental benefit. A future in which we no longer exploit Earth and our resources for purely financial gain, but instead work with the tools nature exemplifies for us on a daily basis, the intricately connected systems required to achieve thriving homeostasis.
Sarah has worked for over a decade in the land development, renewable energy, and electric vehicle infrastructure sectors. While a Project Planner for juwi Inc., Sarah led a multidisciplinary team deploying over 110 megawatts of utility-scale PV solar throughout North America, including one of the largest PV solar on landfill projects in the country. Most recently, Sarah served as Market Lead in Tesla's EV Infrastructure organization, managing a team deploying electric vehicle charging infrastructure throughout the Midwest and West. During her time at Tesla, Sarah was instrumental in developing and deploying 500+ Level 3 and Level 2 charging connectors throughout North America. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Affairs and a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!), Sarah is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and a LEED Green Associate.
Claudio Seleta - Dir. of Operations
Claudio comes from the oil and gas world into the e-mobility and energy electrification transformation. He has literally suffered a career electrification process, indeed. This reinforced his faith in the electric vehicles movement disregarding the headwinds. Claudio's key strength is his ability to establish and maintain relationships with current and prospect partners. Claudio accomplishes this through his superior ability to listen to his clientele great or small. This strength has been instrumental in his success with major decision makers and brands internationally. He is a team player too as he takes the valuable information, brings it back to his support team, devises a plan, and execute. Claudio has executed fast paced, high demand, and complicated projects and takes joy in building these successful relationships.
Eric Rupert - VP - International Development
Eric is a broad-minded expert in operations, technical product, design management and marketing. Specializing in strategic partnerships, Eric has led collaborations with multiple fortune 500 companies and some of the worlds most renowned brands development firms.
Eric is an expert in the building industry at all levels of development, from manufacturing, specification and systems development, program commercialization and marketing.
A passionate leader with a focus on critical analysis and execution, Eric leads through fearlessness in the face of challenge.
Matt Johnson - VP - Business Analyst
As a genius math whiz it is no question that he is all about the numbers. Connect that with his experiences living as a missionary in Venezuela for 5 years, Matt blends his real world experiences with our professional endeavors.
Matt focuses on financial operations and project analysis. He provides valuable insight into the business strategy and the economic growth of SoLiS Mobility.
As a business analyst Matt generates our regional plans specific per the location and provides the projections required for scale. Matt's experience in international: networking, budget development, and non-for profit leadership while living in abroad managing dynamic teams.
Conley Covert - Dir. of Real Estate
Conley's key strength is his ability to pull together the complex contract components for our national roll-out of SoLiS EV Charge and Share Hubs. SoLiS draws from his 14+ years experience to execute its real estate and development goals. Conley expertly connects and leads our negotiations to achieve a winning and fruitful result for all parties involved. Conley has executed for some of the most well known fortune 500 brands internationally.
Gary Camarano - VP - Business Development
Business Development, Expansion, Attraction and Creation; Strategic, Operational and Comprehensive Planning; Branding and Marketing; Site Location; Community Wellness: Retail Attraction; International Trade,
Gary has worked with international communities and through his economic development activities of : business retention, expansion, creation and attraction initiatives, Mr. Camarano has assisted the private sector in creating over 2,300 jobs.
Gary is a natural leader and brings his seasoned experties into all major development decision SoLiS Mobility takes on.
